  • Pas de précipitation: il s’agit d’une union pour la vie de l’entreprise, faites en sorte que votre entreprise soit viable.
  • Pas d’association pour augmenter les chances de financement: les startups qui ne ce sont pas toujours préparer en interne trouvent généralement des problèmes de suivie. Il n’est pas mauvais de trouver de financement mais sachez d’abord ce que vous allez faire avec. Dans l’exécution d’un projet, il est important de se préparer pour les deux faces d’une pièce de monnaie: soit pile ou face. De toute les manières, vous avez acquis en expérience qu’il ne faut pas oublier de calculer dans le rang des bénéfices.
