3Enseigner par l’exemple

Ne soyez pas le grenier des critiques sans valeur ajoutée. La critique doit être indirecte et constructive. Si vous êtes capable de le réaliser, ne perdez pas de temps dans une inutile discussion, passez à l’acte et vous l’enseignerez plus et retiendra une fois pour toute. Bien manager demande des vertus, c’est pourquoi il est important de passer du rôle de patron à leader.
