Si vous voulez stimuler la motivation de ceux que vous mener, prenez le temps de parler d’eux du bon coté publiquement et en leur présence. Cette façon de faire les amène à développer un sentiment d’appartenance et d’identité aux valeurs de l’entreprise. Vous pouvez le remarquer, les couples qui prennent le temps de se féliciter publiquement n’ont pas le même mode de vie que ceux qui se plaignent en tout temps. De même, cette technique les aide à diminuer le risque de conflit dans la famille, elle aide le manager aussi à gagner la confiance de son équipe.

3Enseigner par l’exemple

Ne soyez pas le grenier des critiques sans valeur ajoutée. La critique doit être indirecte et constructive. Certains collaborateurs commettent des fautes parce qu’ils ne sont pas bien outillés sur ce qu’ils devaient faire. Si vous êtes capable de le réaliser, ne perdez pas de temps dans une inutile discussion, passez à l’acte et vous l’enseignerez plus et retiendra une fois pour toute. La mère Théresa  disait à ce propos:« prenez un ballai et nettoyez la cour de quelqu’un, vous l’aurez tout dit ». Vous n’êtes pas obligés de venir lui menacer que la cour est salle, le seul acte justifie le tout; c’est l’exemple que doit suivre le bon manager.

4Reconnaître le pouvoir de l’information

Le collaborateur qui est tenu informer d’un événement une semaine en avance n’aura pas la même réaction que celui qui vient d’être informé le jour même de l’activité. Et pourquoi? La rétention de l’information tue la créativité. L’évolution du monde de l’entreprise fait que les exécutants deviennent de plus en plus rares. Le langage adopté maintenant est celui de la collaboration.  Qui dit collaboration parle d’une diffusion de l’information à temps à toutes les échelles de l’entreprise. Vous devez passer d’une logique de protection de l’information à celle d’une démocratisation de l’information mais contrôlée au sein de l’entreprise pour permettre aux autres de répondre à toute question concernant les valeurs que vous défendez.

5Atteindre le calme intérieur

La logique ici voudrait nous renseigner qu’il est inutile de fonctionner dans l’agitation. Toute décision qui est prise sur le choc, ou sous le coup de la colère a une probabilité très élevée d’être regrettable. Qui pouvait se dire que Galilée avait raison quand il a mentionné la question de la rotation de la terre? On remarque très nettement une différence. La première est calquée sur la personne et consiste à la dévaloriser tandis que la deuxième montre que ce sont les outils qui dérangent alors qu’au fond, les deux concernent les outils. Seule la façon de les exprimer est différente. Si vous convenez qu’une personne est incapable, elle ne sera plus capable d’essayer et cherchera une porte de sortie d’où le risque des malentendus et des conflits.

Bien manager demande des vertus, c’est pourquoi il est important de passer du rôle de patron à leader. Les gens n’aiment plus qu’on les disent d’exécuter, c’est une nouvelle conception du champ managérial qu’il faut savoir intégrer dans sa vision pour espérer faire grandir votre entreprise avec des évangélistes de marque.
